
Mix Veggie Kababs
Ingredients:
250gms mixed chopped vegetables (carrot, french beans, capsicum & green peas)
2-3 bread crumbs
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp green chillies paste
50 gm white sesame seeds
Refined oil for frying
Method:
Except sesame seeds mix all the ingredients & give them round shapes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the kababs & shallow fry in refined oil.
Serve hot with tamarind or green coriander sauce.
