Lavender Body Scrub

Things u need:

A bathtub

2-3 drops of lavender oil

1/2 cup sea salt

2-3 tbsp of any massage oil

A good shampoo n conditioner

2 tsp liquid chocolate

Nail filer

Cuticle cream

2-3 tsp turmeric powder mixed with 1 tbsp rose water

Foot scrubber

A good body lotion

How to do it:

Light some candles & fill ur tub with hot water. Put 2-3 drops of essential oil n some of the sea salt. Mix the rest of the salt with the massage oil n apply it all over the body.

Keep for 15-20 minutes n relax. Then wash off.

Next, shampoo ur hair n apply the conditioner mixed with a little chocolate; massage gently into the roots n tuck ur hair under a shower cap. While u wait for ur hair to heal, file ur nails n put the cuticle cream on ur cuticles. Then clean ur face with the turmeric mix.

Now just slip into the tub full of warm water. Relax n soak for 10-20 minutes. While u r in the tub, give ur feet a nice scrub. After finishing, wipe urself semi-dry n lather on a lot of hand n body lotion.

Midnight Delight (Pudding)
Custard Powder 2tbsp
Water 2cups
Apple or Pear or both
Cardamom Powder a pinch
Sugar 4tbsp
Cream 100gms
Vanilla essence (optional)
Lime juice 1tsp

Boil water & sugar till sugar melts, add cardamom powder & lime juice to it. Add custard powder mixed with a little water so that it forms paste to it. Dip fruits for a second in the boiling lime & sugar water. Before adding the custard powder mixture set the fruits in a fancy bowl & pour this mixture on it. Keep it in a fridge to set. Whip the cream & pour it on the set mixture.

  • Whenever u get free time slowly massage ur hair with ur fingers.

  • Coconut oil is also good for hair.

  • Also include green vegetables in ur diet.

  • Use baby oil to massage ur hair. Baby oil provides softness n shine to hair.

  • Don't use strong fragrant oil for hair.

  • Don't try out different hair oils stick to one best hair oil.

  • Every type of hair needs conditioning as it protects hair from sun's UV rays n also from pollution.
