How to deal with that stressed feeling?....Here r some tips to feel relax.

* Lie on ur back. Stretch ur arms above ur head & keep ur legs straight. Take a deep breath. Hold & push ur right leg upto ur chest in one quick movement. Do the same with ur left leg & then both legs together. This empties ur lungs of stale air & makes u feel fresh instantly.

* Work off stress by doing some strenuous physical activity like jogging, swimming, playing a sport ! or anything that gets ur blood pumping will make u feel better.

* Dab a few drops of stress reliever spray on ur pillow before u sleep. So u get ur full 8 hour sleep without waking up at 3 am to worry about next week's killer assignment.

Detoxify ur Body

Easy way to detoxify ur body is to go for detox spa. But how has time for Spa Treatment.....
Your home has all the resources you need. To cleanse your colon, drink lots of lemon water with the rock salt throughout the day. Green tea is a potent drink filled with antioxidants & colon cleansing properties. A couple of cups during the day will help.
Then step into the shower. Contrast showers are great for improving blood circulation & detoxification. So start with three minutes of warm water in the shower, followed by one minute of cool water. Repeat three times. And while you're there, dry-brush your skin to remove toxins.

Recipe Corner

Kadhi Chawal

4 cups sour curd
1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/8 tsp asafoetida
7-8 curry leaves
1 large onion(sliced long)
1tsp fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil

For Pakoras:
Oil for frying
2 cups Gram flour
1 onion
2 Potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tsp Chat Masala(optional)
1 1/2 cup water
* Heat oil in a pan. Put cumin seed, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, coriander seeds then add onion.Heat till it get light brown.

* Add sour curd mixed with gram flour. Let it boil. Keep ur gas on medium flame.

* For pakoras:
Mix gram flour with water. Add salt, dry mango powder, chat masala. Dip onion & potato in a gram flour mix. Fry it in a oil till they get golden brown.

* When kadhi is ready add pakoras in it.

*Serve hot with boiled rice.
