Microwave Recipes


Paneer Bhurji
Paneer 1 cup (crumbled)
Onion 2 (chopped)
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Green Chillies 2
Ginger 1"
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Olive oil 2-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/8 tsp

Method

Cut onion, tomato, green chili, ginger into fine pieces.Set microwave to HIGH power. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except paneer and coriander leaves. Keep it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes. Stir it in between.
Add paneer, mix & place it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatis.
