Do U Know?

Exercise is not only for young people but its also for aged ones. If aged people just do exercises once in a week then body can perform various difficult tasks which can't be performed by other aged person & they are not going to ever depend on others for doing daily routine work.
According to recent search by Human Performance Laboratory of Wallstate University Of America that the routine exercises if performed once in a week by old age people then the muscles will remain flexible & strong for long time. Not only this they can perform different tasks with maximum performance.
