Recipe Corner

Fish Fingers
1 kg finger shaped de-boned Fish pieces
2 pods garlic
salt to taste
4 tbsp vinegar
5 cm piece ginger
3 tsp chilli powder
3 eggs beaten
Breadcrumbs for binding
Oil for deep frying

Grind ginger & garlic to smooth paste. Mix together this paste & remaining ingredients- except the eggs, breadcrumbs & oil & marinate fish in this mixture for 2 hrs.
Roll the marinated fish pieces in beaten egg 7 breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the pieces to golden brown.
Serve hot with fries, lettuce leaves & sauce.
