In today's world everyone is more concerned about fitness. From yoga to detox science are the most preferred means of getting a healthy lifestyle. That's why i am writing about the various means of getting into shape with more ease.
*Start ur day with a cup of green tea.
*Add a plate full fruits into ur diet.
*Discard carbohydrate rich diets.
*Include more protein rich diets in ur eating schedule.
*Drink lotz of water.
*Do weight lifting exercises with some stretching exercises.
*Don't eat to much junk food.
*Eat something light in night. Don't sleep empty stomach.
*Stay away from oily food.
*Last but not least also include salads,soups n juices in ur diet.
