According to experts if u have problem of forgetting things then u should take care of ur diet. If u forget things soon then it means ur body is deprived of Vitamins.
So include beans into ur diet. Beans r good source of vitamin B6 & folate. Except this sea food & meat r rich in vitamin B-12. And if u have dry skin then it means ur body is lack of vitamin A so include carrot, spinach, mango, fish oil, walnuts, almonds in ur diet.
