For Perfect Abs

If u have strong abs, u can protect ur lower back from injuries. Abs helps to maintain ur body posture & they also add power to all movements of the body.
So try this exercise for perfect abs:

1.Lie down ur back on the exercise mat. Tighten ur abs & hold the navel in.

2.Inhale as u lift ur upper & lower body away from the floor to balance on ur tail bone. Hold for atleast 10 seconds & then repeat 3-5 times.
