RECIPE CORNER

Walnut Cake
Ingredients:
Crushed Walnut 100gms
Condensed milk 1cup
Ghee 1tbsp
Cold milk 1cup
Baking powder 1tbsp
Sodium Bicarbonate 1/2tsp
Maida 2cups
Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
Sugar 1/2cup
Method:
Beat the condensed milk ghee & sugar together. Add sieved maida, baking powder &
sodium bicarbonate. Add milk alternatively starting & ending with maida mixture. Add essence & crushed walnut. Sprinkled with maida to the mixture. Grease a vessel with refined oil & sprinkle maida in it & put the whole batter inside it. Bake it 200 degree centigrade for 40-45 mins.






Dark Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
Coco powder 1-2tsp
Water 1/2 or 1cup
Condensed milk 1cup
Ghee 1tbsp
a pinch of salt
Sugar 1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Sodium bicarbonate 1/2tsp
Maida 2cups

Method:
Boil cocopowder, coffee & water together. Keep it aside & let it cool.
Beat condensed milk, ghee & sugar properly. Mix seived maida along with baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, pinch of salt to the mixture alternatively with coffee mixture. Starting & ending with maida. Put the batter in a greased vessel. Bake it at 180 degree centigrade.
