Recipe Corner

Chilli Mushroom Fried Rice

3tbsp Vegetable oil
3-4 spring onion greens(chopped)
1 inch ginger(chopped)
1tbsp soya sauce
4 green chillies
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
5-6 spring onion(chopped)
6-8 garlic flakes(chopped)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 cup mushrooms(sliced)
a pinch of ajinomoto

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic & green chillies & stir fry for 2 mins.. Add spring onion, mushrooms, ajinomoto, white pepper powder & salt & stir fry on high heat for 2 mins.. add cooked rice soya sauce & spring onion greens. Stir fry over high heat for 3 mins. Serve hot.
