For Perfect Waist
Slimmer waist makes every lady look fabulous. So if u want to have slimmer waist try this exercise & it also helps u to have great posture & spine. Check it out.
* Stand with ur feet 2 feet a part. Point the right foot outward & left feet facing forward.Extend both ur arms at shoulder level.
*Exhale as u bend sideways to take the right hand towards the right foot & the left hand straight up. Look up at the extended arm & hold for at least 15 secs. Maintain normal breathing while holding ur posture. Repeat same process with other leg.
