Are U Stressed?

How to deal with that stressed feeling?....Here r some tips to feel relax.



* Lie on ur back. Stretch ur arms above ur head & keep ur legs straight. Take a deep breath. Hold & push ur right leg upto ur chest in one quick movement. Do the same with ur left leg & then both legs together. This empties ur lungs of stale air & makes u feel fresh instantly.

* Work off stress by doing some strenuous physical activity like jogging, swimming, playing a sport ! or anything that gets ur blood pumping will make u feel better.

* Dab a few drops of stress reliever spray on ur pillow before u sleep. So u get ur full 8 hour sleep without waking up at 3 am to worry about next week's killer assignment.
