Recipe Corner


Jeera Aloo

Ingredients:
4-5 Potatoes
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Refined Oil
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

Method:
*Heat refined oil in a pan.
*Put cumin seeds & mustard seeds in it. When it starts to sprinkle, add turmeric powder.
*Add boiled potatoes in it. Sprinkle salt on potatoes. Toss it.
*Serve it with hot Chapatis.
