Recipe Corner

Veggie Creamy Dip

Low fat sour cream 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Cottage cheese crumbled 1 cup
Onion finely chopped 1/4th
Jalapeno chili pepper, deseeded & finely chopped 1
Garlic clove, minced 2-3
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

1. Whisk together sour cream & oil in a bowl until smooth & creamy. Stir in cottage cheese & rest of the ingredients.
2. Transfer it to another bowl. Cover & chill at least 1 hour before serving.
