Vacation And Happiness

According to recent survey of Victoria University, Vacation helps to increase happiness. Those who like to go for spending sometime with family or friends for vacation....have less chances of getting into depression. The happiness we feel inside while going for vacation, will remain same after coming from vacation as we have some good feelings to memorise. Vacation is really a good tonic for the patients suffering from depression.
