Leg-Raise with Resistance
*Lie down on a mat with ur partner standing near ur shoulders facing u.
*Hold on to his ankles. Now Bring ur legs up & as soon as they reaches him he pushes down on them.
*Push up against his hands & hold for a few seconds.
Reverse Crunches
*Lie down with ur legs raised & ur hands flat on either side of u.
*Point ur legs upwards & try to roll the pelvic area towards ribcage.
*Exhale as u roll the pelvic area & inhale as u revert to the starting point. You can progress to using elevated angles on the bench.
