Exercises to reduce belly fat...

Bicycle pumps


* Lie on the floor flat on your back.
* Make sure you press your lower back to the ground.
* Put your hands above your head.
* Raise you left bent knee and raise your right elbow to touch it.
* Without bringing your raised knee and arm down, do the same knee-to-elbow touching on the other pair.
* Repeat it 20 times continuously.

Crunches


* Lie on the floor.
* Bend ur knees and ur feet should be flat on the floor.
* Place your hands at ear level and with your fingertips just behind your eats.
* Press your whole lower back till it touches the ground.
* Arc up till your shoulders are above the ground by some inches.
* Hold that position for 5 secs. Then release.
* Repeat it 15 - 20 times.

I have this little angel. For me she left her wings.

Cool Drinks

Minty Orange Lemonade



Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cup Water
7 Lemon juices
2 Orange juice
few Mint leaves
rind of orange (grated)
Orange slices for decoration

Method:
* In a pan, add sugar & water & boil it for 5 mins.
* Add all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
* Mix the juices & liquid together & let it be covered for 2-3 hrs.
* U have to dilute it before serving as 1 part of syrup with 2 parts of water.
* Put a slice of orange on the rim of glass for decoration.
* Enjoy ur drink.

How to play:
1. First of all, lie down the coke bottle horizontally. Take out all match sticks in a bowl.
2. In this game u have to balance as many match sticks as u can on the coke bottle in just 1 min.
3. The One who balances maximum match sticks on the coke bottle will be the winner.

Microwave Recipes

Mix Veg Rice


Ingredients :
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 tbsp oil
1 large onion
1 cup mixed vegetables, (carrot, french beans, peas)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Few cashew nuts n coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method of Preparation :
* Soak rice for 10 mins. before cooking and then cook, with water & lemon juice in the microwave for 16 minutes.
* Cook the mixed vegetables in ½ a cup of water for 7 mins.
* In another bowl add oil, onion, salt & turmeric powder & microwave for 4 minutes.
* Mix all the ingredients in another bowl & cook for 5 minutes.
* Allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
* Garnish with coriander leaves & cashew nuts.
* Serve hot with curd.

3. Cough & Asthma: To get rid of this problem...in 100gm of water add ginger, jaggery & basil leaves, let it boil. after boiling add lemon juice to it. Drink it 2-3 times a day.

# Every child is lovable to their parents. That's why don't bend ur knees in front of their wrong demands. Try to handle it with love.

# If anyone member of the family scolds child for his wrong doings then other members should not try to console him becoz child will not be able to realise whats good & what's bad. Emotions are to be balanced by adults.

# Sometimes adult don't realise that their little one's also have their self esteem so don't scold them in front of ur guests. Have faith in them & love them a lot. Take their suggestions for minor issues.

# Spend some time with ur children ... take them out for picnic. And ask them about their school & do attend their parent-teacher meetings.

# If ur child is stubborn then talk about this to their teacher as teacher can also help to handle this kind of attitude.

# If ur child showing too much of tantrums then let him be alone for sometime. When he sees that no one is caring about him then he gets silent himself.

# When he cry or shouts to have something, don't give him that otherwise he will start doing this every time he want to have anything & try to have benefits from ur feelings.

# In family if u have more one child then don't ever try to compare children with each other. Try to appreciate everyone for his/ her tasks, with this they will have sense of love for each other & they try to accept the goodness of each other.

# Use mild shampoo & conditioner for ur hair.
# Avoid blow drying & curling iron on ur hair. But in case u want to use them then proper condition ur hair.
# Use broad toothed comb to de-tangle ur hair.
# Use mask of coriander juice for 1/2 hour then wash hair.
# Mix curd & henna, Keep it overnight. During morning time add 1 egg & lemon juice in it. Apply on ur hair & when it gets dry then wash ur hair.
# Wash ur hair with mix of curd & black pepper to provide strength to ur hair.
# Massage ur hair with olive oil to make hair roots strong.
# If u want to have long hair use coconut oil for ur hair.
# Give a Spa treatment to ur hair with hot & cold water. Take two bowls, one with warm water & other with cold water. Dip a towel in warm water & wrap ur hair in it for 2 mins. After give same treatment with cold water. Repeat it upto 5 times.
# Gooseberry/ Amla oil can also be use to strengthen ur hair.

Cheese in a Hurry



Ingredients:
250gm Cheese(cubes)
2 Spring Onions(diced)
1 Red Capsicum(square)
1 Green Capsicum(square)
1tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/8 tsp Garam masala
Few Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste

Method:
* Melt butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
* Add ginger-garlic paste. Add spring onion just half cook them.
* Add Cheese. Add all dry spices along with salt. Let the water evaporate on low flame.
* Now add capsicums & cook for 2 mins.
* Serve with chapatis.

Teeth grinding which is commonly known as Bruxism in medical terms. Bruxism is a condition in which a person tends to grind their teeth. Generally it is seen during night times but can also be seen during day times. If ur tends to do teeth grinding then pay attention to ur child as it has some harmful effects also.

Why it happens?
It is caused due to various reasons:

* Due to mental stress. Stress can be from school or family. Like family problems child see how elders grind teeth while quarreling with each other. Or in school if he is able to adjust with friends or due to some work stress, this problem arises.

* If they have problem related with teeth like hole in teeth, if teeth are not in proper position or filling is not proper in between teeth.

* Lack of sleep or disrupt sleep cycle.

* If ur child suppress his anger.

How to get rid of teeth grinding?

* According to weather, make them bath with fresh or lukewarm water before going to sleep during night.

* Breathing exercises r also helpful.

* Provide a good happy environment to ur child before making them sleep. Don't watch too much violence on T.V shows.

* Mouth guards are also helpful to get rid of this problem.

Microwave Recipes


Paneer Bhurji
Paneer 1 cup (crumbled)
Onion 2 (chopped)
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Green Chillies 2
Ginger 1"
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Olive oil 2-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/8 tsp

Method

Cut onion, tomato, green chili, ginger into fine pieces.Set microwave to HIGH power. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except paneer and coriander leaves. Keep it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes. Stir it in between.
Add paneer, mix & place it in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatis.

*Lie down on a mat with ur partner standing near ur shoulders facing u.

*Hold on to his ankles. Now Bring ur legs up & as soon as they reaches him he pushes down on them.

*Push up against his hands & hold for a few seconds.

Reverse Crunches



*Lie down with ur legs raised & ur hands flat on either side of u.

*Point ur legs upwards & try to roll the pelvic area towards ribcage.

*Exhale as u roll the pelvic area & inhale as u revert to the starting point. You can progress to using elevated angles on the bench.

Mothers always want their child to be all-rounder but some how child stars to feel frustrated or start losing his/ her interest in the activity. So how can we make learning fun ?
1. We should try to make a friendly relation with child.
2. Don't give too much stress to ur child.
3. Try to make learning a fun by introducing some games in a learning process.
Like if u want her to learn numbers, draw some pictures for each number & make her learn to count.
U can also introduce music to ur child as they love to learn things if they sing. Every child like music. So try to make them recite rhymes.... u can easily access nursery rhymes from net also, which will help ur child to learn with more n more excitement.

Recipe Corner


Mix Veggie Kababs

Ingredients:
250gms mixed chopped vegetables (carrot, french beans, capsicum & green peas)
2-3 bread crumbs
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp green chillies paste
50 gm white sesame seeds
Refined oil for frying

Method:

Except sesame seeds mix all the ingredients & give them round shapes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the kababs & shallow fry in refined oil.
Serve hot with tamarind or green coriander sauce.
