RECIPE CORNER

Bread kababs
Ingredients:
8 bread slices(soak n squeeze out of water)
3 tbsp sour curd
2 tbsp rice flour
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 carrot (finely chopped)
1 cup coriander n mint leaves
2 green chillies (slit finely)
A pinch of cooking soda
A piece of ginger
Salt to taste

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to make a firm dough.
2. Shape into small cones n deep fry till golden brown.
